Shipping and refund conditions

STANDARD DELIVERY :

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on our website and depend on the total weight of the product/s and the final destination of the order.
Shipments are made only to Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. For shipments outside these territories (for example : Republic of San Marino), please contact us by email : ecommerce@schlemmer.it, to receive all the information needed and a no-obligation quote.

Using standard delivery, the goods are entrusted to an express courier and therefore the order is delivered as soon as possible (normally in 24/48 h).
The delivery time may slightly increase in case of delivery in Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands, disadvantaged locations and locations outside of Italy.

- Packaging : The goods are carefully packed to ensure the integrity of the products during transport.
- Insurance : Transport is insured and the products are transported at the risk of Schlemmer.it until delivery. From the moment the customer receives his order, he becomes fully responsible for it and the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes tothe customer.
- Tracking : Each shipment is traceable on the TNTcourier website. Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive a direct link via email from which it will be possible to view the exact delivery date.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP:

The customer can also decide to collect the goods directly from our warehouse (by selecting this option when ordering). In this case, the customer will receive an email as soon as the goods are ready in stock and it will be the customer's concern to communicate the name of any courier in charge of pickup and the exact day of the order collection at our warehouse.

We remind you that our warehouse is located in Località Vanzelle 3, 37010 Rivoli Veronese (VR) and is open on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 am and from 1 pm to 5 pm.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The customer has the right of withdrawal which can be exercised within 14 days from the receiving of the purchased material.
Before returning the order, written communication by email to : ecommerce@schlemmer.it is welcome.
In the event of withdrawal the cost of returning the order must be entirely carried by the consumer who benefits from this right.

The order must be returned in good condition, inside the original packaging to :

The material received in not good condition, or orders received with missing or altered parts will be submitted to evaluation and the refund may not be made for the full amount of the order.
The refund will always be made using the same payment method selected by the customer when ordering.
